  • What should I do to prepare my home or office for a cleaning session?
    We recommend removing any personal items or valuables that you would prefer not to be touched or moved. If you have pets, we suggest securing them so they are comfortable and safe during the cleaning process.
  • Is there a cancellation policy?
    We understand that schedules can change. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.
